Soaps are not returnable for refund unless damaged through the fault of Two Palm Soaps. You will have to follow shipper's guidelines for reporting suspected damage, and obtain an inspection.
We at Two Palm Soaps will be not be able to honor reimbursement or replacement of damaged goods. Because of the type of product, we do not accept returns for any reason other than shipping damage or mistakes/problems we have caused.
Refused orders (not involving damages) are subject to all shipping charges.
We do not take products back because a customer would prefer an alternate scent than what they already ordered.
